Cadman HR was founded by Debra Cadman, a HR Director with over 25 years’ experience working and supporting National and International businesses on a wide range of complex and intricate HR issues.
Debra has successfully grown Cadman HR and now has a strong commercial team who have an extensive HR portfolio, providing appropriate and pragmatic solutions for all types of HR matters affecting any size of organisation.

How we work
Each member of the team works closely with their clients, from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the project. We feel it is important to get to know you and your business. During the first meeting, we look to establish what you feel your requirement is, by this we mean, we listen, ask questions and where necessary challenge your ideas / decisions. What a client might think is the right solution to a HR problem may not be the case for many reasons.
We will pose questions / scenarios which you may have not thought of. At the heart of everything we do is the knowledge that the best, appropriate and up to date legal advice is given but with a view to what is right for a commercial enterprise.
Following this first meeting, we will send you a proposal outlining the schedule of work, costs and agreed deadlines.
