RIGHT TO AMEND SESSION DETAILS

In case of exceptional circumstances, or unavailability of the preferred venue, The HR Agenda reserves the right to change the date, location or time of sessions with reasonable notice to participants. Where notice is equal to or less than 10 working days, The HR Agenda will refund travel or accommodation arrangements if the provider does not provide a refund.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for all sessions must be made in advance of your attendance.

 

If you purchase a single session, this is valid for a specific location and date. The location and date can be changed up to 6 weeks in advance of the session that you originally signed up for. If you do not give us 6 weeks notice, sadly we cannot change your booking as we cannot backfill spaces on short notice.

 

The three session pass is valid for 15 months from the date of purchase. It gives you access to three separate full-day sessions at any of our locations. To sign up for a session using your pass, please contact our team who will add you to the guest list. Once you have nominated a location and date, we require notice 6 weeks before that session if you wish to change your booking to an alternative session. If we do not receive 6 weeks notice that you wish to change sessions, the session will be deducted from your pass.

 

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your session within 14 days of signing up. In this case we will issue a full refund. Once the contract period has started, refunds are not available.

 

The HR Agenda reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, with a full refund for remaining sessions purchased.

 

LIABILITY

The HR Agenda is not liable for any loss, expense or damage arising from decisions based on advice, information or coaching received as a part of the programme.

 

INSURANCE

The HR Agenda maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance to the value of £2 million and £5 million respectively, held under Cadman HR Ltd.

CONFIDENTIALITY

It is likely that members participating in the community of practice will share personal and business sensitive information. The HR Agenda facilitators and coaches are bound by confidentiality agreements with reference to the content of both group and individual sessions. As a participant, you agree that you shall not disclose any confidential information concerning personal affairs, business, customers or clients of any other member in the community of practice.

 

All information remains confidential unless the information is required by law or a regulatory authority.

 

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS

Additional recommended reading books, stationery and access to online resources are not included in the programme cost. Psychometric tools and feedback are not included in the cost of the programme but can be provided by The HR Agenda by prior individual/group agreement at an additional cost.
