One-to-one coaching

We all need time to think things through and coaching is extremely powerful. Using a variety of approaches and methods, Debra will work through topics that you would like to explore, develop, challenge and conquer. She will provide an open, safe, non-judgemental environment for you to air your thoughts and concerns with the aim of enabling you to recognise and manage these for yourself in the future.

You can use your coaching time to resolve and work through any issues. Addressing challenges that you are facing in one area of your life can equip you to be more satisfied, positive and effective in others. We can sometimes forget that our working self is the same person as our home self! 

Coaching will help you to air, explore and reframe important concerns until you are inspired to achieve full potential in a number of situations. Anything is possible.  

 I have no idea how she did it but Debra allowed me to reconcile myself. She challenged me without confrontation. She made me see that I should make the most of who I am, what I do and appreciate what I do well, without over-focusing on what I could do better.

Team coaching

When you work as a team with us, you will be given the space to be able to re-invigorate your thinking, gain clarity and share ideas and issues with your team. You will benefit from our specialist session design, facilitation and expertise.  Our work will be systemic, considering the needs of everyone who works with your team as well as developing the relationships within the team.

Team coaching is at the very heart of what we do - and they're what makes everyone motivated and excited. Facilitated by two trained coaches, these sessions always deliver what is needed. Teams that undertake this work create a real sense of purpose, trust and move to becoming high-performing.

I’ve always been a good listener but the structured, effective thinking is on another level. As we take turns in the group sessions, I really listen and engage fully.
