About Debra

​​Debra is the founder and owner of Cadman HR and Cadman Coaching. She is known for her free-flowing style and curiosity. Working with Debra is certainly never dull and sessions always reflect her humour and light touch. 

 

Debra attends to what is pressing and pertinent in the moment, helping people move confidently towards their goals - whether they are personal, career-led or organisation-wide.

 

Debra’s has a warm, informal and human approach. With a sharp nose for what is really going on under the surface, Debra is able to ask the questions that need to be asked to facilitate shifts in thinking.

Debra brings a pragmatic, hands-on approach to her work. She has a direct, common-sense attitude, underpinned by a light touch, empathy and genuine warmth. Her extensive corporate background belies her down-to-earth, refreshingly different approach. 

 

Debra is a former HR Director and senior leader in a large global business. She established Cadman HR to support and challenge business owners, CEOs, MDs and HR leaders alike. From her time spent working in various industry sectors as an HR specialist, Debra has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a human capital function. She also brings a strong commercial background as a result of her experience in operational business roles and fee-earning consultancy.

Debra is a Fellow of the CIPD and an assessor on their Experienced Assessment programme. She is a qualified coach with Henley Business School and attends regular supervision. She is also qualified as a Nancy Kline 'Time to Think' facilitator.
