Debra is a Fellow of the CIPD and an assessor on their Experienced Assessment programme. She is a qualified coach with Henley Business School and attends regular supervision. She is also, more recently, qualified as a Nancy Kline 'Time to Think' facilitator.

“Leading any kind of HR activity can be isolating. Finding the time to think, strategise and work out the impact of your contribution on the business is a real challenge alongside the day job. I worked as an HRD in a global business for many years. Only now have I realised the power of space and time in a conducive environment and the positive contribution it makes to both yourself and the business you work for”

Debra is the founder and owner of Cadman HR and Cadman Coaching. Debra is known for her free-flowing style and curiosity. Working with Debra is certainly never dull and sessions always reflect her humour and light touch. 

 

Debra attends to what is pressing and pertinent in the moment, helping people move confidently towards their goals - whether they are personal, career-led or organisation-wide.

 

Debra’s has a warm, informal and human approach. With a sharp nose for what is really going on under the surface, Debra is able to ask the questions that need to be asked to facilitate shifts in thinking.

 

Debra is a former HR Director and senior leader in a large global business. She established Cadman HR to support and challenge business owners, CEOs, MDs and HR leaders alike. From her time spent working in various industry sectors as an HR specialist, Debra has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a human capital function. She also brings a strong commercial background as a result of her experience in operational business roles and fee-earning consultancy.
